On the monthly managed mode we handle the architecture, deployment, and ongoing technical maintenance; on a one-time project you get a full handover with documentation and 30 days of post-launch support.

We start with a Discovery & Solution Design phase that takes 1–2 weeks. After that, most core AI automations and custom agent deployments are completed in 3–6 weeks, depending on the complexity of your existing infrastructure and integration needs.

Yes. Custom integration is at the core of what we do. We engineer our AI solutions to connect with your existing CRMs, databases, and third-party APIs. We work with whatever the job calls for, n8n, Make, Zapier, or fully custom code, and we'll tell you which is right for the use case rather than forcing one tool on every problem.

We don't sell off-the-shelf subscriptions because we don't build off-the-shelf software. Every engagement is custom-priced after a free 30-minute scoping call. We offer two engagement modes: a one-time project fee where you own and host the system, or a monthly arrangement where we take care of hosting, deployment, and basic maintenance. Support contracts are priced separately when needed.

We offer tailored support and maintenance contracts for all deployed systems. Because AI technology moves fast, these paid retainers ensure priority access to our team for troubleshooting, system adjustments, and integrating the latest model capabilities.
