Most AI products in 2026 are demo-grade, impressive in a Loom video, fragile in production. The gap between “we shipped an agent” and “our team trusts the agent” is enormous, and it's where the real engineering work happens.
We started Systemartis because we kept seeing the same pattern: companies excited about AI, agencies happy to sell them an experiment, and nobody on the hook for what happens six months later when the system is supposed to be running the business. We do the boring middle: the backend, the dashboard, the integrations, the guardrails, the observability, the parts that make AI an actual operational asset rather than a Q4 demo.
We work with operations, finance, and engineering leaders at 10-to-500-person B2B companies across Europe, North America, and the Middle East. We are deliberately small. We pick our engagements carefully so we can stay involved long enough to be useful.
