Marketplace Pricing Intelligence & Operations Automation for a Multi-Country Seller

OVERVIEW
Innovium sells across a major European marketplace operating in three countries: Romania, Bulgaria, and Hungary. Every day, hundreds of their products compete for the top position on shared product listings, and losing that position means losing sales immediately.
We built the Orchestrator: a backend system that connects the marketplace API, Baselinker order management, and Telegram into a single operational interface. The operator manages all three countries from one Telegram conversation. No portals, no dashboards, no spreadsheets.
The system monitors competitive pricing in real time, lets the operator adjust prices with a single tap (with automatic safety rails to prevent pricing below cost), and delivers nine structured reports covering orders, inventory, fulfillment, payments, and competitive positioning.

SOLUTIONS
Real-time competitive monitoring. The system reads all active product offers from the marketplace across all three countries and flags the moment a competitor takes the top position on any listing. The operator gets a Telegram alert with the product name, a direct link, and the current ranking - no manual checking required.
One-tap pricing with safety rails. When a product loses its position, the operator taps a button in Telegram and the system handles the rest. It calculates the optimal price (competitor's best offer minus a small margin), validates it against the minimum allowed sale price, pushes the update to the marketplace API, and confirms in chat. A deduplication layer prevents double-taps. The whole thing takes under two seconds.
Nine automated reports. Instead of logging into dashboards and exporting CSVs, the operator gets structured reports directly in Telegram: daily orders pulse, weekly buyer cohort, fulfillment SLA tracking, returns digest, stockout alerts, payment risk flags, channel performance, associated products breakdown, and competitive pricing recommendations. Each report is tailored to answer one specific operational question.
Multi-country from one chat. The system creates isolated service instances per country. Tap a country flag in Telegram, and everything switches - data, currency, product catalog, API credentials. A pricing error in one country can't affect another.
Full order and inventory sync. Baselinker integration pulls orders with multi-currency aggregation (RON, BGN, HUF normalized to a single reference currency), tracks inventory levels across all warehouses, checks publication status, and generates quarterly best-seller rankings.

RESULTS
Productivity doubled. What used to require manual logins to three seller portals, data exports, and spreadsheet assembly now takes a few taps in Telegram. The operator gets the same information in seconds that used to take an hour to compile.
Sales increased 40%. Faster competitive price response means Innovium holds top listing positions that were previously lost to slower manual adjustments. The automated associated product monitoring catches pricing opportunities that manual checking would miss entirely.
The associated product monitoring and automated offer matching is a capability that doesn't exist in any off-the-shelf marketplace tool we've found. Innovium can spot and act on competitive gaps in real time, while other sellers using standard tools have no equivalent workflow.
Returns dropped. Real-time SLA monitoring caught delayed orders before they became customer complaints, and the faster fulfillment tracking reduced the return rate.
